A vinaigrette so good we've decided to make a mustard out of it. How's that for a change? This vinaigrette incorporates a raw honey and thyme combination, only uses organic extra virgin olive oil (no fillers here!) and white wine as its vinegar. On top of that we've toned down the heat just enough in this vinaigrette so you'll be able to coat those greens liberally.
