Mustard and Co. was born in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle, and just across the street from the first location of our production facility is Conscious Eatery. Owned and operated by Chaz Rowlan and Cierra Laub, Conscious Eatery makes delicious sandwiches, salads, soups and juices, in a comfortable and tastefully-inviting environment. And the most amazing part: for every meal purchased they donate a meal to a local nonprofit organization dedicated to transitioning families from homelessness. We love this spot!

Chef Kristi Brown packs a lot of personality into human form. And her food is just as packed with flavor. We were first introduced to Kristi via her amazing, hearty hummus. She also offers a great catering service and everything she does is top-notch. Go find her, she won't disappoint!
