Earlier this week, we discussed the "and Co." portion of our name and the importance it brings to our business and our culture. The meaning behind our name is simple yet super important to us. We put a lot of thought into the ingredients we use, as well as our partnerships and collaborations. So, Mustard and Company means just that: we are in good company on our golden sauce journey. It begins with seeking out stellar ingredients. Better yet, if and when we can, we collaborate with other like-minded companies to use the fruits of their labor in our recipes. And it doesn't stop in the kitchen. There’s a lot of new and exciting things happening at Mustard and Co. these days. Starting, ever so humbly, with me…I’m Sandy: Bryan and Justin’s first official employee! I couldn’t be more excited to work with these two and be a part of their mustard empire. I’ll be taking on the role of Culture Ambassador, which totally sounds like one of those made up titles people give themselves to feel fancy. Maybe there’s a little bit of truth in that but mostly my goal is to bring the rad, unique culture of Mustard and Co. to the public eye and get you, yes you, involved in our community.
